I found all the fabrics at Hobby Lobby, the satin was $2.99, and don't forget to use the 40% off coupons they have online. There is no better cheap satin around, trust me, I've looked.
The striped fabric on the left is what I'm thinking to make the bloomers out of, and to also trim the edges of the petticoat, which is the neon green tulle.
I love the look of the trims I got there, but I don't think I'll have enough of the black to work with, so I will have to find another way to make the black.
